The mechanism

The NFC discs act as numbered triggers. The music files stay inside the main device.

  1. Store up to nine songs inside the main device through USB-C.

  2. Choose one of nine numbered NFC photo discs.

  3. Present the disc to the reader to trigger its assigned stored track.

The discs do not store music and they do not open Spotify. They tell the main device which internally stored track to play.
